For issues with Dell Chi laptops in the first instance please log a ticket via our helpdesk. One of the tech team will review the issue raised and try to resolve in house. If this issues cannot be resolved by the tech team in DSB and the machine is still under warranty then you will be asked to contact Dell support via the below web address:

you will need to input the Serial number/ Service tag of your laptop to access support. This can be found on the underneath of your laptop (see below) - "ST: 95WCKR3". If you are unsure please ask a member of the tech team and you will be provided with the Service Tag.
