  1. Go here - https://ukserp.atlassian.net/

  2. Click the 'Microsoft' button

  3. Login normally with your 'primary' email account, University or CHI.

  4. You should now be able to see Cloud JIRA, If you can only see the helpdesk customer portal please let us know.
