If you want to arrange a conference call using either phones, web base conferencing or video conferencing or combine all of these then you can use the Data Science Conference virtual meeting room. This is provided on a first come first serve basis and is for adhoc or hard to define conference call setups.

If you want a conference call arranging with known number of people/connection and to guarantee its available then contact the helpdesk@chi.swan.ac.uk who can do a specific booking. If you use this facilitity regularly then again contact helpdesk to ask for a project specific virtual meeting room (at not cost)
