Choose a different display protocol



We'll sometimes suggest you try using another display protocol, you can do this by connecting as normal, after authenticaiton, on the screen shown below right click on one of the desktop pools and chose the display protocol (please note, depentant on your SeRP offering and OS Version there may be slight differences in Windows and MacOS):

  • PCoIP

  • Horizon Blast
