Maintenance happens on the third Thursday of the month usually between 10 am and 1 pm. All All the services we run are at risk during this period.

Emergency Maintenance
Sometimes we need to carry out emergency maintenance, we try to give users as much notice of this as possible. Emergency maintenance includes things like hardware replacement, urgent security updates, and urgent bug fixes where functionality is impaired for some or all users.
